Required forms and (virtual) parent meeting

Good afternoon,
 
It has been great to see everyone and begin making music this week!  Now that we're settling in, it's time to take care of beginning of year items.  
 
We've worked to condense all of this into one checklist that you can work through.  Many items will only take a minute or two, and we need all completed by next Friday, August 15th.  There are important forms for students AND parents.

(Please prioritize the very brief Spring Trip Interest/Commitment form- it's not first on the list, but if we have indication of strong interest asap- before the due date- it will help a lot with the planning process.  This should only take a moment.  We need 40+ commitments to move forward.  Keep in mind that trips of this magnitude are less frequent than others, and whether we travel any given season is determined on a year-to-year basis).  
 
Lastly, our parent meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, August 14th at 6:30 pm.  We will meet with all families for 30 minutes or less and then stay on for new Milton Orchestra families to address first year questions and concerns like concert attire.  We don't expect to go over an hour total.  Mr. Cummings and the Orchestra Boosters will also be available for vitual Q&A and tech support (Membership Toolkit, etc.).
